Second: Scope of services

Rehlat Al-Eman rental services are offered within Makkah Al-Mukarramah in accordance with approved regulations and instructions, and include:

  • Electric chair rental

  • Manual chair rental with or without facilities

  • Golf cart rentals within the campus

  • Services tailored for the elderly and people with special needs

All services are subject to actual availability at the time of request.

Third: Booking and Payment Terms

  • The customer must provide correct and complete information when making a reservation.

  • The booking is confirmed after the payment or deposit is completed, depending on the type of service.

  • The prices shown include only the specified service; any additional services are agreed upon separately.

  • The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, while adhering to the confirmed price for existing bookings.

Fourth: Cancellation and Amendment Policy

  • The customer can request to modify or cancel the booking before the service date, subject to the approved terms and conditions.

  • Late cancellations may incur fees depending on the timing of the cancellation and the type of service.

  • If the customer does not attend at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered cancelled without refund.

Fifth: Client obligations

The client agrees to the following:

  • Adherence to regulatory instructions within the Grand Mosque in Mecca

  • Use the chair or wheelchair only for its intended purpose.

  • Maintaining the safety of equipment and preventing damage to it

  • Adhere to the instructions of the facility or supervisor when using the service.

The institution has the right to charge the customer for any damages resulting from misuse.

Sixth: Responsibility and its limits

  • Faith Journey Rental is committed to providing sound and compliant equipment.

  • The organization assumes no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as congestion or security instructions.

  • The organization is not responsible for any injuries resulting from violation of instructions or improper use of the service.

Seventh: Force Majeure

The organization bears no responsibility for non-performance or delay in service delivery due to force majeure circumstances such as:

  • Government decisions

  • natural disasters

  • Closing the Holy Mosque or changing transportation routes

  • Emergency security or health conditions

Eighth: Intellectual Property Rights
